Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your wooden door hanger must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items that have been made specifically for you.
  • Any wooden door hangers that show signs of use or damage.

To Complete Your Return

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Wooden door hangers with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced wooden door hangers are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your wooden door hanger. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
